Our team uses an integrative mental health approach. Integrative Centre for Mental Health treats the whole person, recognising the value of psychological, physical, and social wellbeing, together with nutrition, lifestyle factors.

We use an ‘Integrative’ approach. This means that we look at each person in a holistic way, and take the best treatments from any modality which can help – which can include psychiatric care, psychological care as well as lifestyle and other treatments. For those who are seeking traditional psychological therapies as well as complementary natural therapies, we can support you, with or without pharmaceutical interventions.
